DESIGNIFIC LTD
is seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst and Consultant to support our management consultancy and professional services operations. The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to understand business challenges, define requirements, and deliver data-driven and process-oriented solutions.
You will play a key role in improving business efficiency, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring the successful delivery of consultancy projects. In addition, you will provide strategic consulting support to clients by identifying business opportunities, recommending solutions, and helping implement effective business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements
Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and define project objectives
Conduct detailed process analysis and recommend improvements
Translate business requirements into clear specifications for implementation teams
Support consultancy projects across multiple industries and clients
Advise clients on business strategies, operational improvements, and growth opportunities
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions
Assist in project planning, tracking, and performance monitoring
Support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Ensure deliverables align with client expectations and consultancy standards
Monitor implementation outcomes and recommend further enhancements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, Economics, or a related field
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or in a similar analytical role
Strong understanding of business processes and consultancy environments
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
(Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
Experience in management consultancy or professional services
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project environments
Knowledge of data analysis tools or reporting systems
Exposure to process improvement methodologies such as Lean Enterprise Institute and Six Sigma
